Welcome to Patriot Frontline ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Patriot Frontline website (www.patriotfrontline.com), our membership plans, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, subscribing to a membership plan, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into these Terms to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Services are not available to residents of Vermont or Washington, and access may be restricted in other jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

2. Membership Plans and Services

2.1 Description

Patriot Frontline offers subscription-based membership plans that provide access to a bundle of support services, including:

24/7 telehealth access for consultations with licensed doctors.
24/7 roadside assistance (e.g., jump starts, tire changes, towing, lockouts).
Identity theft support (e.g., credit monitoring, fraud alerts, restoration assistance).
Emergency travel assistance (available when 100+ miles from home, including evacuation, cash, and coordination).
Exclusive discounts on retail, travel, dining, and entertainment.

These are discount and support plans administered by Careington International Corporation ("Administrator"), located at 7400 Gaylord Parkway, Frisco, TX 75034 (phone: 800-441-0380). Important Disclaimer: The Services are not insurance, do not replace health insurance, and do not satisfy minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c.111M and 956 CMR 5.00 or qualify as a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. Discounts vary by provider and service; you pay providers directly and receive negotiated discounts from participating providers. A list of participating providers is available on our website or upon request.

2.2 Subscription Options

Monthly Plan: $19.99 per month.
Annual Plan: $159 per year (equivalent to approximately $13.25 per month, saving $80 annually), including priority support and enhanced benefits.

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

2.3 Service Access

To access Services, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.

3. Payments and Billing

3.1 Fees

You agree to pay all fees for your subscription as described at the time of purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. There are no hidden fees.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via the payment method you provide. You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method automatically. If a payment fails, we may retry billing and suspend Services until resolved.

3.3 Refunds and Cancellations

30-Day Guarantee: You may cancel within 30 days of your effective date or receipt of membership materials for a full refund.
General Cancellations: You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard, phone (1-800-PATRIOT), or email (support@patriotfrontline.com). Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period; no partial refunds for mid-period cancellations.
No Refunds for Used Services: Refunds do not apply to Services already accessed or used.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

Misrepresent information or impersonate others.
Interfere with the Services or violate any applicable laws.
Use the Services for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Services.

You are responsible for your interactions with providers and any outcomes from using the Services. We do not endorse or guarantee results from telehealth consultations, roadside assistance, or other supports.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and software (collectively, "Content"), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes as part of your membership. Any other use requires our prior written consent. "Patriot Frontline" and related marks are our trademarks.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and Services may be affected by factors beyond our control.

7.2 Not Insurance

As noted in Section 2.1, the Services are discount and support plans, not insurance. They do not cover medical expenses, provide indemnity, or replace professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for health, legal, or financial matters.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Frontline, the Administrator, and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise).

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, including licensed doctors, roadside technicians, or identity restoration services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, the Administrator, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and any outstanding fees become due. Sections of these Terms that by nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will do so.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You waive any objection to venue or convenience.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or pandemics.

13. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
Assignment: We may assign these Terms without your consent; you may not.
